I had a perfect 10/10 stay, with location near everything. It had comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom.

This apartment was immaculate, modern, and well-stocked. Perfect for families with a cot and high chair. Convenient location close to the beach and town. Easy check-in and check-out. Great pool.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. From the moment we booked until we arrived, the communication was excellent. João greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack and all the necessary detergents provided. the apartment was clean and fresh linen was provided halfway through our stay. the complex was well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds at the pool.
The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the town. Cons: Nothing could have been better 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, with a supermarket, town, and beach all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with a spacious bedroom and a comfortable lounge. The swimming pool was beautiful, and there were always sun beds available. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the host João. we highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday experience.

I got great value for my money at this apartment. The room was clean, comfy, and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to the supermarket, town, and beach, with a bus stop right outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast option could have been better.

This apartment complex was the perfect choice for our vacation. the location was ideal, with a short walk to both the beach and the town. the apartment itself was clean, bright, and modern, with all the necessary utensils and equipment. the pool area was well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds available.
The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking, but this is a common issue in holiday rentals from my experience.

Title: Amazing stay and great fun with friends!
The only thing that we wished for was a proper party playlist to get the vibe going in the apartment. It would have been awesome to have a banging speaker system that we could connect our phones to and blast our favorite tunes while getting ready to paint the town red.

We stayed at Apartamento Viva Local for a week and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. The host even provided pods for the coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The bed was large and comfortable, and the extra books left for us to read were a nice addition. The apartment was well-maintained and cleaned halfway through our stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and the town. our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel.

It had everything we needed and more, perfect for a family holiday. the location was great, with access to a swimming pool and very secure. Our host, João, was very helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here!
